What would you be willing to sacrifice for the person you love? General Maximus, having returned to Rome from victorious campaigns in the provinces, discovers that his beloved has been enslaved. He pleads for her mercy from the Emperor, who agrees to grant it, but only if Maximus is ready to sacrifice his own life for her. This sets the stage for the trials that General Maximus will undergo.

Dozens of extras including dancers, gladiators, and centurions make for a unique show in Italy. Special effects and timeless music bring ancient Rome to life as you've never seen it before.
